Asked vs Answered Across All Desks
How many AAQs were submitted in a month compared to how many were answered in that same month? If 100 AAQs were submitted in January, and 100 AAQs were answered in January, that ratio would be 100%. Dots above the center line mean the desk answered more than were asked in that month, and dots below mean that more questions were asked than answered in that month.
AAQs that get cancelled are removed from the “Asked” total as they are cancelled, so ratios may change in previous months over time.
