This supplementary document provides a detailed analysis of
phenotypic susceptibility data for NRTIs, PIs, and INSTIs using
bootstrap LASSO regression.
Mutation frequencies, log₂ fold change distributions, and 95% confidence
intervals (CI) are presented.
Original cleaned combination mutation datasets are included.
The datasets analyzed include: - NRTI dataset: AZT, TDF, ABC, 3TC susceptibility - PI dataset: NFV, LPV, ATV, DRV susceptibility - INSTI dataset: RAL, EVG, DTG susceptibility
