Lo que indica la relacion entre la media y la mediana es el valor promedio del costo o bien precio de ventas de las viviendas de este conjunto de datos y el costo de la pocicion central de los datos ordenados. con costos de 180921.2 y 163000 respectivamente.

var(): Este resultado mide el promedio de las diferencias entre cada dato y el resultado de la media, es decir, muestra cuanto se dispersan los datos respecto al resultado de la media
sd(): Este resultado muestra cuanto se dispersan los datos respecto a la media con una distincion de la varianza al tener una distinta medida

en la distribucion del precio de ventas podemos ver que sus sifras presentan una distribucion asimetrica ya que la mayor frecuencia se encuentra en precios bajos o medios. ahora bien, la grafica nos muestra que la presencia de precios muy altos es baja, en cambio los precios menores presentran mayor frecuencia en las ventas.

La relacion entre calidad y precio de estos datos y vistas en la imagen es que ante mayor calidd su precio tambien sera mayor, es decir que para una buena calidad de las viviendas residenciales en Ames, su precio tambien sera mayor.
