Overview

The monthly review covers the areas of attendance, behavior, and assessment. The purpose of the review is to notice patterns, provoke discussion, and identify interventions in a timely manner during the school year.

Teacher Attendance

The teacher absence graphs were developed using data from the LINQ Timekeeper for the month in review.

The graph below shows the number of teacher absences by type of leave.

Student Attendance

Student attendance is measured by the number of days absent in Infinite Campus. The data is a cumulative year-to-date total. The graph below shows the distribution of absences at each of four schools in the district.

The graph below shows the distribution of student absences by month.

The graph below shows the number of students who are chronically absent by school. Chronically absent is defined as having missed 10% or more of instructional days during the school year.
