The alternative hypothesis is that there is a correlation.The p-value is less than alpha (0.01), therefore we reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and conclude that there is a small to moderate positive correlation between the last evaluation and average monthly hours worked.As the last evaluation increases, the average monthly hours worked increases slightly.
