Terlihat ada penurunan tajam pada faktor pertama dan kedua.Setelah faktor ke-2 atau ke-3, penurunan menjadi lebih landai. Jumlah faktor yang ideal kemungkinan 2 atau 3, karena setelah itu tambahan faktor tidak memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam menjelaskan variansi.

Berdasarkan ketiga cara penentuan jumlah faktor, akan diambil 3 faktor untuk analisis faktor.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di PC1 adalah X6, X7, X12, X13, X9, dan X11, X8, X2, X4 dengan arah berlawanan. Faktor ini mencerminkan komposisi kimia utama wine, seperti kandungan alkohol, fenol, flavonoid, dan proline. Nilai negatif dari X2 dan X4 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kandungan unsur kimia tertentu, semakin rendah nilai variabel X2 dan X4. Faktor ini bisa disebut sebagai “Komponen Kimia & Struktur Wine”, karena mencerminkan elemen utama dalam wine yang memengaruhi kualitasnya.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di PC2 adalah X1, X5, X13, X2 dan X12, X11 dengan arah berlawanan. Faktor ini menggambarkan keseimbangan sensorik dan warna wine, karena X1 (kenyamanan pelanggan), X5 (kemungkinan terkait intensitas warna), serta X13 (mungkin berkaitan dengan struktur wine) memiliki loading yang cukup besar.Faktor ini bisa disebut sebagai “Warna & Keseimbangan Sensorik”, karena mencerminkan aspek warna dan pengalaman subjektif dalam menikmati wine.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di PC3 adalah X4, X9, X2 dan X10 dengan arah berlawanan. Faktor ini menggambarkan karakteristik keasaman dan aroma dalam wine. X4 berkaitan dengan alkalinitas abu, sementara X9 dan X2 bisa mencerminkan faktor terkait kandungan rasa wine. X10 yang negatif mungkin menunjukkan pengaruh dari dimensi lain yang bertolak belakang dengan faktor-faktor ini. Faktor ini bisa disebut sebagai “Keasaman & Aroma”, karena mencerminkan keseimbangan antara kandungan asam dan aroma wine.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di RC1 yaitu X6, X7, X9, X11, X12. Faktor ini berhubungan dengan komposisi kimia utama wine, seperti kandungan fenol dan flavonoid, yang mempengaruhi struktur dan kualitas dasar wine. Faktor ini merupakan faktor paling dominan, menjelaskan 34.1% variansi dalam data, sehingga menjadi aspek yang paling berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik wine.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di RC2 yaitu X5, X4, X7, dan X13. Faktor ini berkaitan dengan warna dan komposisi sensorik wine, termasuk tampilan visual dan tekstur yang mempengaruhi pengalaman sensorik konsumen. Faktor ini menjelaskan 19.5% variansi dalam data, yang berarti bahwa aspek ini juga memiliki peran penting dalam karakteristik wine.

Variabel yang memiliki loading tinggi di RC3 yaitu X4, X9, dan X10. Faktor ini mencerminkan keasaman dan aroma wine, yang menentukan keseimbangan rasa dan tingkat keasaman wine. Faktor ini memiliki kontribusi lebih kecil dibandingkan dua faktor lainnya, tetapi tetap menjelaskan 9.3% variansi dalam data, menunjukkan bahwa aspek ini masih relevan dalam menentukan karakteristik wine.
