This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com.
When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:
library(pacman) # tidier library list
pacman::p_load(Hmisc,corrr,corrplot,DescTools,semPlot,lavaan,devtools,writexl,readxl,tidyverse,dplyr,data.table,BBmisc,ggplot2,datamodelr,
psych,purrr,stats,naniar,missMDA,nFactors,NbClust,gmodels,dexter,dexterMML,ggstatsplot,ggridges,ggpubr,magrittr,ggthemes,
missForest,mice,haven,MASS,RSQLite,semTools,readtext,rstatix,car,GGally,openxlsx,semptools,qqplotr,tidyr,
cluster,factoextra,psycho,lme4,lmtest,QuantPsyc,mgcv,viridis,GDINA,CDM,DMwR2,RESI,keras,xgboost)
You can also embed plots, for example:
Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the
code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the
plot.
