All departments have almost the same average monthly hours

The median monthly hours for all departments are around 200

All hours are in between 96 and 310 hours for almost all departments

4. Pie Chart of Frequencies: Attrition by Salary Level

The majority of employees that left had a low salary(60.8%)

A very low percentage of employees that left had a high salary (2.3%)

Employee attrition is closely correlated with salary pay

5. Bar Plot of Averages: Average Satisfaction by Department

The average satisfaction levels for all the department is inbetween 0.58 and 0.62

Satifaction levels are above avarage across departments (>0.58)
