- There is a significant amount of employees with very low satisfaction (< .2)

Analysis:

- The median evaluation score is 0.72

- 50% of evaluations have a score between 0.56 and 0.87

3. Comparative Box Plot: Monthly Hours by Department

Analysis:

- All departments have around the same median for average monthly hours (about 200)

- All departments have around the same spread of average monthly hours (95-310)

4. Pie Chart of Frequencies: Attrition by Salary Level

Analysis:

- Among employees who left, 60.8% had a low salary

- Among employees who left, 2.3% had a high salary

5. Bar Plot of Averages: Average Satisfaction by Department

Analysis:

- All departments have about the same average level of satisfaction (around 0.6)

- All departments have high average satisfaction levels which shows overall positive satisfaction
