Ovo je nastavak 7. štiva: Testiranje hipoteza kroz primjere i odnosi se na repliciranje analize koristeći JASP.


Provedba postupka koristeći JASP


Postupak započinje učitavanjem skupa podataka Heart Rate. Nakon toga, utvrđujemo skupine ispitanika koristeći tablicu kontingence. U sljedećem koraku, nastojimo dobiti prve uvide pokazateljima deskriptivne statistike.


Potom odabiremo t-testove za jedan uzorak i slijedimo opis dan u štivu.


U sljedećem koraku, za isti skup podataka koristimo t-test za nezavisne uzorke i ispitujemo postoji li razlika u otkucajima srca s obzirom na pripadnost skupini vježbača ili ne.


Koristeći ANOVA modele, ispituje se razlika u otkucajima srca vježbača i nevježbača te odabire se prikladan test za zaključke.


Koristeći ANOVA modele, ispituje se razlika u otkucajima srca s obzirom na vježbanje i s obzirom na spol (i interakcija ta dva faktora).


Za skup podataka Weight gain ispituje se postoji li razlika na početku eksperimenta i nakon perioda unosa povećanog broja kalorija, koristeći t-test za uparene podatke.


U zadnjem dijelu, traže se odgovori na nekolicinu pitanja vezanih uz nekretnine.
