Objective

This analysis aims to visually explore the relationship between employee satisfaction, performance evaluation, and retention behavior using the HR_comma_sep dataset. Through the use of box plots and a correlogram, we examine how satisfaction and evaluation scores differ between employees who stayed and those who left, and identify potential patterns in work habits such as project load and time spent at the company. The goal is to uncover interpretable insights that can inform HR strategies around retention and performance.

The primary objective is to design visualizations whose titles are sufficiently clear and informative, ensuring that the message of each graph is readily understood, even by individuals without technical or domain-specific knowledge.
