There are 1024 participants with GWAS data with the following demographic distributions:

, , Race = White

       Sex
PovStat Women Men
  Above 0 0
  Below 0 0

, , Race = AfrAm

       Sex
PovStat Women Men
  Above 296 246
  Below 273 209

All of these participants have DNA in the bank according to the latest DNA inventory (2014-01-16).

There are 1955 participants for whom we have DNA in the bank but no genotype data with the following demographic distribution:

, , Race = White

       Sex
PovStat Women Men
  Above 442 385
  Below 240 147

, , Race = AfrAm

       Sex
PovStat Women Men
  Above 198 174
  Below 217 152

Looking at just the African Americans, there are roughly equal numbers of participants in the sex by poverty status distribution. This is also roughly the distribution for the sample on whom we have genotypes.

I suggest that we prioritize sequencing for those on whom we already have genotypes, followed 376 African American participants ordered by alternating sex (M=man, W=woman) and PovStat (A=above, B=below) per the following pattern:

Race Sex PovStat
AfrAm M B
AfrAm M A
AfrAm W B
AfrAm W A

AfrAm M B
AfrAm M A
AfrAm W B
AfrAm W A

AfrAm M B
AfrAm M A
AfrAm W B
AfrAm W A
etc, etc

Dena can run down the list until she does as many as pass QC.
