3.2 HR Retention Analysis & Root Cause
Identification
- Analyze trends in employee attrition by department, job role,
tenure, and demographics.
- Detect patterns, dissatisfaction factors, and risk areas for future
attrition.
- Benchmark retention rates against industry standards where
possible.
3.3 Development of an HR Retention Dashboard
- Design an interactive, user-friendly dashboard that visualizes key
HR metrics.
- Enable drill-down functionality to explore attrition trends,
satisfaction scores, and employee engagement levels.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP and other HR management
tools.
3.4 Recommendations & Implementation
Strategy
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve retention
rates.
- Outline an implementation roadmap for HR improvement
strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for HR and leadership teams to maximize
dashboard usability.
