Synopsis of me

I am a very extroverted and polite person. I love to meet new people and make new friends. Since I was a kid I have always loved business, I started a few small businesses when I was a kid and decided to go into business. I grew up in Cincinnati and decided on UC as the place for me! I have loved every second of being a student here and have constantly been growing! After college my hope is to move out of state and find a job, go on hikes, and find new hobbies.

Academic Background

Currently my major is operations management with a minor in finance! I really like finance so far! still trying to figure out of OM is for me. I am currently taking one OM class, one BANA class, two required Finance classes, and BA 3080.

Professional background

As for my professional background, I have had one internship during my freshman summer going into my sophomore year. It was for a sales company and I did a lot of cold calls. It was a great experience and helped me figure out that I don’t want to be in the cold call side of sales. This year I have managed to acquire an internship with General Mills as a NAR (North American Retail) sales intern. I will be moving to Minneapolis this summer and I am very excited for this amazing opportunity!

Experience with R

I currently have no expericne what so ever with R. I have only has a very very small amount of experience with python during my IS class. So far I think R is an amazing feature to learn and am very excited to undertsand it better.

Experience with other analytic software

As said above I only have some experience in python but very very little.
