I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a wife and two kids. One thing my two sons (TJ & Zeke) enjoy doing with me is building LEGOs; particularly the LEGO Star Wars sets. I enjoy watching football (particularly the Cincinnati Bengals), playing sports, exercising, playing video games, and spending time with my family.
I graduated from Deer Park High School in 2013. After completing high school I immediately joined the Marine Corps. Getting used to military life influenced me to take a non-traditional approach to starting my undergraduate program. I started my undergraduate program in 2015 and took two extended breaks in my education due to the demands of my duties as a Marine. In December 2024 I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, earning my degree with distinction for achieving a GPA of 3.91. I was also recognized academically earning a place on the “President’s List” for achieving a 4.0 in my final semester at the University of Phoenix. I now attend graduate school at the University of Cincinnati; majoring in Business Analytics. One thing I am most proud of in my educational journey is becoming a first-generation college graduate!
I served in the Marines from June 2013 to August 2024. I had many roles in the Marine Corps such as Aviation Operations Analyst, Operation Manager, Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Director of Business Development. I recently completed a Data Science internship, where I learned the basic foundations of statistics, python, data models, and data visualization. I have a new working relationship with ‘R’ but have extensive experience with other analytic software. My skill set foundations are from working with HR information systems (IS), aviation IS, and Marine Corps’ Salesforce.
