Hello! My name is Jayde Tyler. Some fun facts about myself:
- I have 3 cats who I love very very much!
- Recently, I traveled to Bermuda. It was beautiful there and I loved
learning about their history and laws!
- In my free time, I love to play games with friends or go out on hikes.
Academic Background
I am currently a senior majoring in Business Analytics and minoring in Economics. I was majoring in Biology before changing to Business Analytics. I hope to use the skills I learn in this field to become a data analyst!
Professional Background
When I was 14, I started my first job at McDonald’s. I like to say that it created my strong work ethic! When I turned 16, I started a job working with animals. I worked at this job for 5 years and loved every moment of it. I am now dedicating my time to college in the hopes to graduate soon!
Experience with R and Other Platforms
I have no experience with R until starting BANA 4080. I hope to learn much in order to utilize these useful skills in my future career! I do have previous experience with Python, although it is very little experience. I found Python to be very complicated unlike R. R has been, so far, very straight forward and interesting to learn!
