Trends:
Sourcing:
- Job sourcing increased in March after relatively low from previous months.
- More jobs were delisted in March and April than applied for.
- Surge observed in July, and August but applications done were half the number while half were delisted.
Sourcing vs. Application:
- In March and July, sourcing activities are particularly high.
- Application counts are high from October, November, and December relative to job sourced.
Discrepancies:
- From March and October the difference in date of job sourcing and date of applications are high with July, August, March having the top 3 highest number of sourced jobs that were not applied for.
Efficiency Trend
- Efficiency started from October as the numbers correlation gap
become smaller.
- November (2515) and December (2129) exceed monthly and daily average of applications significantly.
- Most efficient month is November with December and October running as 2nd and 3rd.
- The systems put in place in these three months to improve application efficiency was effective.
Recommendations:
Define what caused the high discrepancy of numbers in months. Understaffed? Data entry inconsistency?
Accurately determine the reasons of the high discrepancy in certain months and make the necessary steps to address these.
Provide necessary steps to address high gap between job sourcing and job applications such as clear
timeline between job sourcing and job application.Put in place clear system and methods of job sourcing to avoid high number of jobs delisted.
