There is a negative, moderate, slightly linear relationship between the percent of families who own their home and the percent of the population living in urban areas in 2010.

The variability in the home ownership percentage increases as the urban population percentage increases.

The outlier is at the bottom right corner of the scatter plot.

It is an influential point since leaving this point would greatly affect the slope of the regression line.

It is a point with high leverage since it is horizontally far from the center of the other points.
