The CalEnviroScreen 4.0 data was released to the public in October 2021, and is a tool used to assess environmetal, health, and socioeconomic information throughout the state of California. In this dashboard, we will be assessing access drinking water percentile throughout the main Bay Area Counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma. We then dive into other possible indicators of drinking water availability, and how factors may be associated with the quality of water in each of the bay areas counties.

Based off this table below, it’s difficult to identify an exact trend identifying which factors are most significantly associated with higher Drinking Water Contamination. Further statistical tests could be run, or public health professionals may want to investigate other possible factors contributing to drinking water contamination.
