Thomasville City Schools

Overview
The monthly review covers the areas of attendance, behavior, and
assessment. The purpose of the review is to notice patterns, provoke
discussion, and identify interventions in a timely manner during the
school year.
2025 Cohort Graduation Rate
There are 212 students in the 2024-2025 Four-Year Graduation Cohort. The cohort is comprised of students who entered grade 9 in 2021-2022 and are currently enrolled at Thomasville High School or who were last enrolled at Thomasville High School.
If documentation is in place to remove students form the cohort, and, if all students who are in Adult High School and all students who are at moderate risk to graduate, do graduate, the graduation rate will be 85%. If only on track students graduate and no students are removed from the cohort, the graduation rate will be 76%.

Student Attendance
Student attendance is measured by the number of days absent in Infinite Campus. The data is a cumulative year-to-date total. The graph below shows the distribution of absences at each of four schools in the district.
The graph below shows the number of students who are chronically absent by school. Chronically absent is defined as having missed 10% or more of instructional days during the school year.
