Analysis & Commentary

Average Playtime per day, separated by Churn Status

From the above graph, we can see that the highest play-time on average was Thursday for the players who churned (stopped playing the game), and for players who continued playing, the highest average playtime is Friday

Percentages of Players per End Type

End Type Count of Players per End Type Percentage
Lose 9143 67.49
Win 4171 30.79
Quit 174 1.28
Restart 60 0.44

From this table we can see that the majority of players lost the game, but this doesn’t mean they stopped playing. Less than 1% of players restarted their game.

Number of Moves Used Separated by the 4 Different End Types

From this graph you can see that the number of moves does not correlate to skill level as the segment with the highest number of players, ‘Lose’, has the most amount of moves made.

Average Score Per Day

The average score per day stays around the same for every day of the week, the highest being Monday with an average score of 3125, and the lowest being Friday being 3093.

Rolling Losses per End Type, Separated by Churn Status

This graph tells you that the players who did not churn are more determined as we can see for all end types except ‘Quit’, the number of rolling losses are higher than players who did churn.

Number of Coins Used

As we can see from this graph, a very high number of players used no coins at all. only a small number of players actually used at least one coin, with some outliers using more than 30 coins in a game

Start Moves per End Type

From this graph you can see the number of moves a player started with per end type. The wider the shape, the more players started with that number of moves. For example, for the ‘Quit’ End Type, the most players started their game with approx 18 moves.

End Moves per End Type

Similar to the last graph, this shows the number of moves used per end type.
