These interactive maps demonstrate the electoral shifts for the presidential elections in 2020 and 2024. Drag the slider over each map to reveal the change in total votes for the Republican and Democratic presidential candidates. You can click on a county to see the specific vote totals for a party’s candidate from the previous presidential election, the total votes for the candidate that year, and the difference between the previous and current year.
For instance, the 2016 - 2020 map will show the total votes for the 2016 election for each party’s candidate in each county, the total votes from the 2020 election, and the difference in total votes between 2016 and 2020.
