El estudio se desarrolla como parte de las evaluaciones postcosecha de 3 variedades de tomate (Tyral, Retana y P52) producidas bajo cubierta flotante, con dos tipos de cobertura (Agryl y Malla) y en dos condiciones de almacenamiento (ambiente y refrigeración)
Los parĆ”metros fĆsicos se determinaron en un solo momento, al ingreso de las muestras al laboratorio e incluyen el ancho, el largo, el peso y la firmeza de los frutos.
