Unequal Realities: The Persistence of Gender Inequality in Australia:

Even though things have improved over the years, men and women in Australia are still not equal in many important ways. Women often face more challenges in getting the same job opportunities as men, and they take on more unpaid work at home. On top of that, they are more likely to feel stressed with their time and face higher risks of violence.

We will examine statistics in the story that clearly demonstrates these differences. We can recognize where we are lacking and what needs to change to make things more equitable for everyone if we grasp what the data show. In order to move toward a more fair society, we believe that these visualizations will assist highlight the issues that require our attention.
