The diagram shows HR & Talent sourcing departments as the most affected by layoffs across Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft.

2. Write an interpretation.

# The diagram shows that "HR & Talent Sourcing" had the highest layoffs across major tech companies. Amazon, Microsoft and Meta cut many HR roles, while all companies saw significant layoffs in software engineering. Other roles, like marketing and program manager, were also affected but less. This suggests companies are focusing on reducing hiring and technical roles as part of their restructuring efforts.
