These box plots provide a great deal of information for us. For example, in the Maximum Daily Temperatures Graph we can see that the month of February has far more variability than the month of August due to the longer span of whiskers in the month 2 plot. Another piece of information that we can tell from these graphs are the seasonality of temperatures throughout the year. We see that the warmest temperatures span the months of June, July, and August while the coldest months are in January, February, and December.

Section 2

These graphs can answer many questions. For example, what months have the lowest spread of maximum and minumum temperatures? What months are the most predictable when it comes to their temperature?
