Located on 20 Rebecca street in downtown Hamilton. It’s roughly speaking an unofficial student residence (as in it is marketed towards students). Suites come fully furnished, there is a study area and a gym. Transit from this building to mcmaster is free, and takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes

Prices start at $995 prices increase per floor but this information is not available on their site. The price does not include utilities or wi-fi. Here is the overall cost breakdown (I intend to cover my own groceries):

Some Cons

The main cons about living at 20 Rebecca is the fact that it is downtown. The apartment itself is located in an ok area (jamesville) which is more or less like a trashy old Oakville (see the attractions on King street west and James street here). Nevertheless, there are some rough bits if you go towards the opposite side of jackson square - I’d be going into jackson square for groceries. I haven’t had bad encounters inside yet but you can come with me to get a vibe of the place.
