Pendahuluan

Pembangkitan White Noise Manual

Pembangkitan data berpola AR, MA, ARMA, dan banyak proses deret waktu lainnya diawali pembangkitan white noise. White noise merupakan sederet nilai dari peubah bebas stokastik identik. Oleh karena itu, white noise memiliki dua karakteristik penting:

  1. White noise tidak memiliki autokorelasi (karena saling bebas)
  2. Nilai harapan dan ragam white noise sama (karena berasal dari peubah acak bebas stokastik identik)

White noise dibangkitkan dari suatu peubah acak, umumnya peubah acak normal. Sesuai Perintah Soal, Saya akan membangkitkan 300 data.

Pengecekan Autokorelasi

Dari Plot ACF, kita dapat melihat bahwa tidak ada korelasi / Lag yang terjadi yang melewati treshold. Disini observasi Pertama memiliki korelasi 1 karena dia dibandingkan dengan dirinya sendiri. Sehingga terbukti bahwa White noise yang dibangkitkan saling bebas.

Proses MA (2)

Moving Average sering kali dimodelkan sebagai berikut :

\[ y_{t} = c + e_t + \theta_{1}e_{t-1} + \theta_{2}e_{t-2} + \dots + \theta_{q}e_{t-q} = c+{e_t+\sum_{i=1}^p \theta_ie_{t-i}} \]

Dengan teta sebagai parameter dan e(t) sebagai white noise. Proses MA yang paling sederhana dilakukan dengan c atau nilai konstata = 0 , sehingga kita hanya melihat dan memperhitungkan White Noise. Dapat dilihat juga bahwa semakin banyak Ordonya, parameternya juga akan semakin bertambah mengikuti banyak ordo. Di sini nilai pertama white-noise akan dimasukkan sebagai nilai awal

Dapat dilihat dari PLOT EACF bahwa Segita 0 dapat dibentuk paling awal di AR (0) dan MA (2) sesuai pada bangkitan Model yang kita buat. Berbicara dengan kestasioneran Model, Model ini dapat dikatakan stasioner dilihat dari PLOT ACF yang secara teoritis ACF MA memiliki kecenderungan untuk cut-off sesuai ordo yang dipakai, sehingga hal ini sejalan dengan teori dimana Plotnya tadi cut-off di ordo / lag 2, dapat dilihat juga Plot PACF yang membentuk pola tailsoff dan sinus yang mendukung bahwa model ini Stasioner.
