Hi! My name is Nida and I am a third year Business Economics major. I am considering taking BANA as my second major and a lot of it would depend on how I do in this class! I’m also interested in entrepreneurship and venture capital and hope to start my own business one day!

Academic Background

I’m an international student from Mumbai in India. I fell in love with economics after I took it in high school and had a wonderful professor who made the subject matter even more exciting to learn about. I also love studying social sciences and would love to learn more about political science.

Professional Background

Currently, I am a part-time student worker for the 1819 Innovation Hub where I work as a Senior Venture Analyst helping startups with market research. Other experiences of mine include:

Experience with R

I have no experience with R or coding before but I’m excited to learn. I think this would be a really important skill to develop, I’ve worked a little bit with Excel before but that’s about it for my software experiences
