Introduction to Me
Hi! I am Jacob Holton. I’m currently a student at the University of Cincinnati for my masters degree in Applied Economics. I live in the east gate area (about 40 minutes outside of Cincinnati). I’ve lived in Ohio my whole life so far. I hope to eventually move the the northwest area.
Academic Background
B.S. in Business Economics (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH)
Currently working on M.S. in Applied Economics (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH)
Professional Background
I am currently working at Ferguson as a Data Analyst. Typically my day includes data entry and manipulating mass amounts of data.
Experience with R
I’ve had multiple classes that use R. I would say that I can work R decently but I’m also far from proficient. I’ve done allot of regression based data manipulations in econometrics and like classes.
Experience with other software
I don’t have much experience with other soft wares. I’ve used python and lab view when I was in engineering before switching in economics, but with very little true experience.
