Hey there! I’m Josie Wittwer, an online learning technologist and multimedia creator who loves crafting fun and engaging learning experiences. I work closely with subject matter experts to design and build innovative eLearning courses, along with doing graphic design, animations, and even some photography projects.
I was born and raised in Cincinnati. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active—whether it’s playing tennis, pickleball, hiking, camping, or just relaxing with a good book or movie.

I’ve been working as an online learning technologist and multimedia creator for several years now. I design engaging eLearning courses and love collaborating with subject matter experts to bring ideas to life. At UC, I focus on building courses in Canvas, creating interactive content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline, and making sure everything is accessible for all learners. I’ve also had experience managing projects for GE Aviation, creating technical documentation, and producing multimedia projects at Miami Township Television.
I’ve taken two courses at UC on R, so while I’m still a beginner, I’m really enjoying learning new things and diving into more complex coding and data analytics tasks.
I’ve also taken classes in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark, which have given me a strong foundation in data analysis and manipulation. I enjoy applying what I’ve learned in hands-on projects and look forward to building on these skills.
