Introduction to Me!

I am Chau Trinh, a senior at the University of Cincinnati, where I began my studies in the spring of 2023. Before coming to UC, I attended Broward College in Florida for my undergraduate year. I was born and grew up in Vietnam. I moved to the United States to better my education and experience. Currently, my focus is on expanding my knowledge of data analysis and coding, both of which I am eager to improve.

Professional Background

I have practical experience from my internship at Concentrix in customer service and have developed skills in Python and R through academic coursework. This semester, I am also exploring Visual Studio Code to further enhance my technical abilities.

In addition to my studies, I am the founder of the Healing Station Project, an organization dedicated to improving mental health and supporting disadvantaged Vietnamese children.

Experience with R

Prior to my senior year, my primary coding knowledge was in Python, although I did not actively practice it. Last semester, I joined in the Descriptive and Analytical course_BANA4137, which provided me with my first complete understanding of Rstudio. My experience with R is still developing, having started last semester in BANA4137. I also have a basic understanding of Python, though I haven’t studied it further.
