Multicenter Test-Retest and Acquisition Protocol Reproducibility of Liver Iron Quantification

Statistical analysis

For test-retest repeatability of R2*, the Bland-Altman analysis was used to calculate the bias, limits of agreement (LoA), and coefficient of repeatability (half-width of LoA) by field strength, protocol, liver segment, lobe, and overall. Between-protocol reproducibility was assessed by similar Bland-Altman analysis by field strength, liver segment, lobe, and overall. Per guidelines of Raunig et al. (2014), the intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was used for repeatability analysis and the concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) for reproducibility analysis. P-values \(<\) 0.05 were considered statistically significant. All analyses were performed in R version 4.3.3 (R Foundation for Statistical Computing, Vienna, Austria).
