Experimental design:

• Control/No treatment (n=3) - omit from analysis

LPS used to induce Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) in mice

• Lipopolysaccharide injection only (n=5)

After 4 hours, mice injected with:

• LPS + adipose derived MSCs (n=4)

• LPS + umbilical chord derived MSCs (n=4)

• LPS + bone marrow derived MSCs (n=4)

Tissue collected 48 hours after MSC injection

Contrasts:

• BM MSC vs LPS
• UC MSC vs LPS
• AD MSC vs LPS
• AD + BM + UC vs LPS
