Introduction

My name is Cassandra Horton. I live in Avon, Ohio, where I have grown up since the age of 5. I work at Ricoh USA as a data entry specialist. I work a lot with medical information for out multiple health insurance company clients. For example, our biggest project has us looking over mail sent by providers or members, determining what department it should be send to, and using the client’s database to get information about the associated claim, member, and provider as applicable.
