What Sayagyi said:

I have gained the jewel of Dhammma from my teacher Sayagyi U Ba Khin.

Sayagyi had an extremely strong Dhamma volition to repay debt to India: “We gained this invaluable Vipassana technique from India. India lost this priceless gem a long time ago. But we have preserved it. At the start of second Sasana, we will return this technique to India and free ourselves from our ancient debt.”

By the benevolence of my teacher, I gained this ability and traveled to villages, cities and provinces to spread Dhamma. As Sayagyi’s representative, I served this crowd of suffering people gathered at the bank of Ganges of Dhamma by teaching them Vipassana.
