Overview
The evaluation of this business could be based on a single year sales which for 2023 was $14,813. There are 10 machines included in this charting, but the business has 13 machines, 3 machines being cash only machines. The 13 total machines are spread across 7 locations in Cache Valley including employee break rooms, recreational areas, an assisted living center, and an auto shop.
Machines 3 and 4 were moved to a new location 2 weeks ago and
Machines 6-8 were moved to their current location this past March. We
also found that Machine 9 was not accurately recording cash sales and
because this does not include the revenue from the three cash only
machines, the sales shown in the figure above are slightly lower than
actual sales.

The growth of the business since June of 2022 is calculated to be 884% or 9.8 times growth. The sell of this business includes the 13 machines, the agreements with the locations to provide vending services, the product maps, the Nayax account, inventory, storage containers, inventory transport bins, and a dual hydraulic lift dolly used to more easily move the vending machines.
