COT3 Rates - Chart

Then we can use narrative to explain what’s going on, but the next
sentence was created automatically by R so we don’t have to worry about
getting the stats right. The biggest positive variance was in
Variance_None for the Acas Yorkshire and Humber region, with a variance
of 48.85. We said we’d maybe include graphs only at the top here and
then the tables in an annex, but this is just for illustrative purposes.
It will be easy to move the chunks around to where we want them once
we’ve set everything up.
