Remove the StateDesc that includes the United Sates, select Prevention as the category (of interest), filter for only measuring crude prevalence and select only 2017.

So I wanted to make a map that showed information on Baltimore, Maryland using the measure and date value variables, but couldn’t get it to work. I also wanted to add blue pop up circles.
