tidyverse

A set of packages that work in harmony because they share common data representations and API design. The tidyverse package is designed to make it easy to install and load core packages from the tidyverse in a single command.

if (!require(tidyverse)){
  install.packages("tidyverse", dependencies = TRUE)
  require(tidyverse)
}

haven

Haven enables R to read and write various data formats used by other statistical packages by wrapping the fantastic ReadStat C library written by Evan Miller. Haven is part of the tidyverse.

if (!require(haven)){
  install.packages("haven", dependencies = TRUE)
  require(haven)
}

afex

afex provides a high-level interface for interaction or one-way plots using ggplot2, combining raw data and model estimates. afex uses type 3 sums of squares as default (imitating commercial statistical software).

if (!require(afex)){
  install.packages("afex", dependencies = TRUE)
  require(afex)
}

Welcome to afex. For support visit: http://afex.singmann.science/
- Functions for ANOVAs: aov_car(), aov_ez(), and aov_4()
- Methods for calculating p-values with mixed(): 'S', 'KR', 'LRT', and 'PB'
- 'afex_aov' and 'mixed' objects can be passed to emmeans() for follow-up tests
- Get and set global package options with: afex_options()
- Set sum-to-zero contrasts globally: set_sum_contrasts()
- For example analyses see: browseVignettes("afex")

summarytools

summarytools is a an R package for data cleaning, exploring, and simple reporting. The package was developed with the following objectives in mind: Provide a coherent set of easy-to-use descriptive functions that are akin to those included in commercial statistical software suites such as SAS, SPSS, and Stata.

psych

The “psych” package is an R package that provides various functions for psychological research and data analysis.
