This dashboard consists of visualizations of the state Victoria from the year 2018 to 2023 where the conmplete information is available, focusing on key aspects such as immigration and population, and properties and their prices. The main aim is to understand the relationship between the immigration and real estate. The first graph indicates the number of dwelling units such as private homes and other living spaces such as residential and non residential buildings. This graph as well as the adjacent plot gives a good picture of the real estate scenario with the number of buildings and their values. The bottom visualizations depict the population change over the years and the migration statistics. There is a dip in all aspects due to the COVID 19 pandemic, but it we can see that once the state returns back to normal, we can seen that as there is an increase in the population yearly but there is a decline in the number of residential buildings and the prices are steadily increasing as well.
