Statistical analysis

Variables are compared between caval thrombosis vs non-caval thrombosis and between worsening clot vs non-worsening clot below. Quantitative variables are summarized by median (inter-quartile range; IQR) and tested by the Wilcoxon rank sum test; Categorical variables are summarized by N (%) and tested by the Fisher exact test.
