This project aims to analyze air quality metrics over time and across different regions, and understand the impact of various pollutants on public health. The dataset contains air quality measurements collected from various regions over different time periods. It includes metrics such as fine particles (PM 2.5), SO2 emissions, and more.
-This graph shows the variation of different pollutants over time.
-This bar chart compares the average values of different pollutants measured in the dataset.

-Bar chart show the distribution of pollutant levels across different months, highlighting seasonal patterns.
The analysis of air quality data over various regions and time periods has revealed several key insights.
Trend Analysis: The trend analysis indicated fluctuations in pollutant levels over time, with some pollutants showing a general decline, possibly due to environmental regulations and policy changes. Notably, the policies implemented in 2015 and 2018 appear to have had a significant impact on reducing specific pollutants, as indicated by the vertical lines in the trend graphs.
Pollutant Comparison: The comparison of different pollutants highlighted that certain pollutants consistently had higher average values. This finding suggests the need for targeted interventions to address the most prevalent pollutants in specific regions.
Seasonal Variations: The seasonal analysis revealed that certain pollutants exhibit seasonal patterns, which could be attributed to factors such as industrial activities, weather conditions, and agricultural practices. For example, higher levels of particulate matter (PM 2.5) were observed during certain months, which could correspond to increased industrial emissions or specific climatic conditions.
These insights are crucial for policymakers and environmental agencies as they develop strategies to improve air quality. Continuous monitoring and analysis of air quality data are essential to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and to make data-driven decisions for environmental management.
