In this presentation, we go through the various aspects of population of Australia, see the trends over the years also a look into the prediction of the births and deaths in Australia at the end of this century. All the plots were done using plotly, hosted using ioslides and published in RPubs.

Life Expectancy Over the last 15 Years

Population Over the last 15 Years

Deaths Over the last 15 Years

Expected Births and Deaths at the end of this century

Explanations

Life Expectancy: The first graph shows the life expectancy of the people of Australia based on the major sexes of Male and Female for a span of 15 years from 2007 to 2021. The second line graph shows the overall expectancy of the same irrespective of the gender.
Population: This graph shows the population growth of Australia from 2017 to 2021.
Deaths: This graph shows the number of deaths per year from 2005 to 2019.
Expected Births and Deaths at the end of this century: The first graph shows the predicted number of births by the end of the 21st century. The second is the same for the number of deaths.

Conclusion

These graphs signify that the life expectancy of the people have been increasing over the years. There are many factors affecting this like Medical advancements, advanced treatments etc. This can also be viewed evidently in the last graph where the number of deaths have been reducing with a bit of fluctuations but still a downward trend can be seen.
