Relationship

Another task: With manager

What do is the minimum amount of payment you would require to complete this additional study with your manager from the current study?

Maybe we shouldn’t be surprised. After doing that awful task, they want more than $2. This is ok. We might just want to make it very clear to the managers that this task is very unpleasant.

Another task: Random

What is the minimum amount of payment you would require to complete this additional study with someone selected at random?

Yes. This tracks. They just want more money to do another task with us. I get it.

Another task: Difference

Price of doing the task with the current manager MINUS price of doing the task with someone at random.

hmm. Looks like the message just doesn’t matter much. So, if true, taking a peak at the managers survey: High CWV are accurate and low CWV are overestimating the relational costs. Obviously a lot more is needed to substantiate this (including matching each predictions to employee responses by specific message), but this gives us a bit of insight into what’s going on.
