  1. Focus on subprime and superprime as they are the most profitable

  2. Keep Subprime customers as they pay a higher proportions of late fees and interest resulting in increased profit. You could increase these rates resulting in increased profit

  3. Encourage prime customers to increase their utilization as they contribute the most to revenue by lowering credit limits

  4. Actively contact customers who have been members for more than 30 months as this is the time when most customers start leaving. You could try and retain them by decreasing their membership fee due to loyalty
