I have changed the size of the “Total Sales all Regions and Channels” so it stands out in bigger size since this is one of the most important details to look at.
I have changed the color of the Value box from blue to purple.
I have added a second row column for the other two value boxes “Total Sales - Fresh Category” and “Number of Locations”
I have added a new table indicating the “Largest Sales by Product Category”.
I have moved the Column “Summary Insights” next to the number of locations, allowing more space to display the map and the tabs that show graph with the sales performance.
In the Models section, I have added a new Product Segmentation Clustering in a tabset formatting.
I have edited the map so instead of the pins it shows a label with the names of the cities, just to make it easy to read and identify and avoid to have to zoom in to get the names of the cities.
I have re positioned the “Summary Insights” value box to be part of the tabs so it occupies less space and shows in a chronological order that makes it easier to follow and understand.
I have changed the layout of the Visualization tab. Now it only has 5 sections. First and the biggest the Total Sales amount, Second and third the total sales of the fresh categories in dollar amounts and the number of total locations. Then the map of Portugal indicating the 2 locations with labels to easily identify which is which and lastly 4 tabs with insights, totals and channel type by city.
I have added a new tab to indicate the modifications done in this dashboard.
I have added an image in the upper left corner to give more visibility to the heading of the dashboard.
