This is a simple summary document to monitor the data form the methane trials.
The goal is to get at least 30 records with a duration of more then 3 minutes per animal.
Please note that all summaries have been generated with relatively raw unedited data so some caution is required.

Time of last recorded cup drop from each machine


If time of last recorded cup drop is more than 4 hours earlier than document update time, machine may be offline.
Due to C-Locks processing of emissions records, time of last CH4 record can be up to 48 hours earlier than document update time without concern. If longer than 48 hours sensors will need checking



Max cup drops, max periods, time between drops and time between periods


The number of animals with each setting setting for cup drop parameters



Individual visits, cup drops and emission records


Due to C-Locks processing of emissions records, days since last CH4 record can be 1-3 days even if days to last cup dop is 0

Summary of Emission Records


After cleaning for outliers per individual (3 SD from individual’s mean).
Mean and SD of emissions are for all records of at least 2 minutes.
