On Monday, April 1, Chief Michael Kochis shared CPD’s plan to install 10 Flock cameras around the city for a 1 year pilot program.
Flock is an automated licence plate detection camera system that records every vehicle that passes and stores it for 7 days in a database accessible by any sworn Virginia police officer.
