The customer’s key goals will be get entertainment and then discuss with friends and families about the show.
To accomplish these goals would be to promote Netflix on social media and other platforms to attract more users which would recommend it to their friends and families.

Netflix uses an algorithms to find out the preference of the users based on their viewing history, genres, time of day it’s being watched, devices used, their rating for the shows and how long they watched it for.

The user interface is designed in a clean and intuitive layout such as the scrolling of the categories. It provides trailers of upcoming movies to let users know what new shows are coming up and that it may be a preference for them. Allowing users to download the movies and watch it when they don’t have internet allows users to have convenience to watch it when they want. They have a rating category to allow users to tell them if they like the movie or not.
